About The Role
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience working with a wide range of building plant and equipment including building management systems, fire alarm and life safety systems, CCTV and access control, electrical maintenance and installation work, HVAC systems, refrigeration plant and temporary electrical installations (BS7909). They will also provide temporary power installations to facilitate events, monitor work carried out by service partners and have an excellent working knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
* Experience in the development and completion of risk assessments, work permits and procedures for facility maintenance activities.
* Good working knowledge of energy saving initiatives and schemes.
* Monitor service partner work and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide temporary power installations for events and technical building service expertise.
