We’re working in close partnership with a highly respected professional services firm to identify an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Product Owner. This is a pivotal role within a small, agile team, offering the chance to take full ownership of Salesforce operations and drive meaningful business impact.
The organisation is preparing for a key transition and anticipates the need to move quickly once internal decisions are finalised. As such, we’re proactively engaging with top-tier talent who can step into a business-critical position and hit the ground running.
This is a day-to-day operational role, not tied to a specific project. You’ll be responsible for ensuring Salesforce – particularly Service Cloud – is functioning optimally, supporting users, and evolving in line with business needs. You’ll be expected to log in, troubleshoot, configure, and train users, while also acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences is essential, as is confidence in navigating both the front and back end of the platform.
We’re looking for someone with several years of Salesforce experience, ideally with exposure to Service Cloud and core CRM functionality. Salesforce Admin certification would be beneficial.
The role is likely to be hybrid, with some office presence required to engage with users and stakeholders. While the exact frequency is to be confirmed, we anticipate one to two days per week in the office.
