Scrum Master (Identity Access Management / LAM/ Security) – Banking Client
Strong preference for candidates based in Belgium or happy to relocate
Rate: 600 – 800 euros per day
Duration: 12 months +
Hybrid Working: 8 days onsite in the London, Brussels, Paris or Amsterdam office
Objectives:
The CISO Portfolio Management Tribe is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support its team of Architects and Functional Testers, in utilizing Agile practices effectively and maximizing value delivery through well-established Agile techniques.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be an Agile practitioner, ready to integrate and guide the team through its daily activities and ceremonies. Self-organization and autonomy are essential for this role.
As part of the CISO Portfolio Management Tribe, you will:
1. Coach the team to be self-organized and cross-functional, adopting Agile practices that enable to efficiently deliver high-value products.
2. Organise/facilitate scrum events such as sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
3. Helping the team navigate the various Agile processes: identification of tasks, effort sizing, progress reporting, demo and continuous improvement.
4. Help manage impediments: conflicting interests, negotiating inputs between different parties, proactively identifying issues and risks and adjusting scope, in relation to technical issues and testing environments.
5. Collect and analyse the necessary team KPIs (velocity, predictability, progress of the agile transformation).
6. Facilitate the team transparency and share progress using the appropriate communication channels.
7. Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and productivity.
8. Ensure that deliverables follow guidelines and standards.
Required skills:
9. 3 to 5 years of experience in Scrum Master and project manager role
10. The scope of work you have managed includes development of associated business processes, procedures, controls and KPIs.
11. You are experienced in managing end to end several projects in parallel with size varying from 1000 to 3,000 man-days.
12. You have demonstrated through your career strong leadership skills with the ability as well to adapt your style according to the context and the different project stakeholders.
13. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
14. Strong leadership and people management skills. You demonstrate a good drive and the ability to “make things happen”, to challenge and overcome resistance.
15. Problem-oriented and solution-driven: Ability to identify and analyze problems, understand their root-cause, and find high-quality solutions.
16. Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
17. A good team player, approachable.
18. Client-focused and delivery-oriented, capable to remain positive in the face of challenge or under pressure.
19. Able to learn quickly, to adjust to new information and to think outside the box.
20. At ease in a fast-changing environment, flexible and able to reprioritize tasks.
21. Language: Professional-level English proficiency is mandatory.
22. You have experience in project related to Identity and Access Management/ Logical Access Management
