We are looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator to join our Infrastructure team on our A428 Highways project.
The A428 Black Cat to Caxton Gibbet is a £750 million improvement scheme commencing main construction towards the latter part of 2022 and with an open to traffic date of 2027. The scheme involves the creation of a new three tier junction at the existing Black Cat roundabout, over 10 miles of new dual carriageway along with 17 structures to be created, one of which is a viaduct over the Great River Ouse. There is interface with services ranging from high pressure gas pipeline to 400 KV overhead lines.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety professional to work in a collaborative environment influencing and leading on all aspects of health and safety performance.
You'll
1. Manage induction processes and procedures
2. Managing competencies and medical checks of staff
3. Manage and pull reports around specific project HSW data
4. Inputting of data
5. Set up the rotas
6. Month end reporting
7. Supporting within internal Skanska reports and auditing.
8. Scanning and filing documents
9. Managing and supporting with the Highways passport scheme on the project for both Skanska employees and also with supply chain
10. Ability to help in creation and management of systems and digital processes for HSW on the project
11. Creating and distributing communications, presentations and other media
12. Production and distribution of notes / minutes from scheduled / unscheduled meetings and committees
13. Collecting and maintaining incident reports and information

27. First aid / mental health qualifications
28. General H&S qualifications or working towards
