A leading global consulting firm is seeking a senior Life Sciences consulting leader to drive growth within a strategic pharmaceutical account and expand relationships across major Life Sciences clients.

This executive-level role combines account leadership, business development, and delivery oversight, with responsibility for leading large-scale workforce transformation and organizational change programmes across areas such as R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HR.

We're looking for

• Director, Senior Director, Associate Partner, or equivalent consulting experience
• Deep expertise within the Life Sciences sector
• A strong track record of growing strategic client accounts
• Experience leading complex transformation engagements
• Established C-suite relationships and strong commercial acumen
