What You'll Do: Prepare and serve Subway products to brand specification, maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, storage, and stock rotation. Receive, check, and store deliveries while monitoring promotional activity and ensuring adequate stock levels to minimise waste. Deliver exceptional customer service, promote Subway and Sodexo brands, and confidently upsell products. Operate the till accurately, capture all revenue, complete end-of-service counts, and maintain a safe, clean working environment. Participate in required training, appraisals, and additional duties to support the smooth running of Subway/Retail operations. What You Bring: Experience: Background in food service within a fast-paced setting. 1 Year experience required Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety certification is preferred. Skills: Strong communication abilities, effective time management, and organisational skills. Good standard of literacy and numeracy, Able to work well under pressure Attitude: A proactive approach to learning, self-motivation, and a collaborative spirit.
