As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the hotel, bringing your warm and friendly personality to work every day. This busy role involves being part of a vibrant team and serving as an ambassador for the hotel, as the first person guests meet. You will organize check-in and check-out processes and provide guests with a genuine 5-star experience.

Following a £13 million investment, our Oxford Hotel has transformed into a premium venue with 240 bedrooms, 22 meeting rooms, a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Costa Coffee bar, gym, pool, and sauna.
