About the Role
As a Hotshots Coach, you are far more than a football coach. You'll become a:

Every session you deliver will blend football development with life skills centred on our core ethos: Confidence, Communication, Collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead High-Energy Football Sessions
Create fun, inclusive and structured weekly sessions that engage children of all abilities.
2. Build a Positive Environment
Ensure every child feels welcome, valued, and free from judgment.
3. Support Matchday Experiences
Assist with local matchdays that replicate a real Premier League–style atmosphere.
4. Support Every Child
Provide encouragement to quieter or less confident players, ensuring everyone stays engaged and excited.
What We're Looking For
* Strong passion for football and youth development
* Experience coaching children (minimum 6 months preferred)
* Strong communication skills with young people
* Empathy, patience, and the ability to inspire
* Commitment to safeguarding and professionalism
* A team player who wants to be part of a big mission
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £15.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
