Job summary:

This role is a brilliant opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in corporate administration. Job accountabilities:

To assist with a range of day-to-day administrative tasks including, but not restricted to

* Preparing payment instructions and checking supporting documents and undertaking call backs to verify the details.
* Understanding the different requirements and processes for different categories of clients.
* Monitoring receipt of funds and providing confirmation when received.
* Drafting simple correspondence for review to include emails, letters, minutes
* Assist with opening bank accounts.
* Maintaining and updating data on our systems
* Dealing with safe custody items
* Assisting with completion of checklists and new business take on forms
* Assisting the team with client due diligence and undertake compliance checks in respect of any new business
* Supporting the team with the preparation of statutory and regulatory filings
* Assist with Review points
* General administrative duties to include scanning, filing, photocopying, arranging couriers, scheduling meetings, and updating spreadsheets.
* Answering phone calls and taking messages for colleagues.
* Ensuring timesheet is completed daily.

Minimum education and experience

* Educated to 'A' Level standard, or equivalent.
* Some office or general administrative experience would be an advantage but is not essential

Required skills

* Good interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues, intermediaries, and clients at all levels.
* Excellent written and verbal English, including a confident telephone manner
* Good IT skills with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Willingness to learn both through professional qualifications and on the job training .
* An interest in understanding the different areas of the company, the services Praxis provides, and our values and culture.
* Basic knowledge of financial markets and offshore fiduciary services would be beneficial
