D2C Sales Agents
Love pets? Looking for a new, fun way to boost your sales earnings in 2025?
We’re building a small but mighty D2C sales team to talk with pet owners, inspire love for Nature’s Menu, and subscribe them to our pet food nutrition plans.
This is a permanent, full time role in a hybrid working environment. Remote working with occasional travel/access to our London office.
Our D2C Sales Agents
As our D2C Sales Agent you’ll win new customers, upsell existing customers and win back lapsed customers to grow our pet owner community.
What you’ll do:
1. Outbound calls to potential, existing and lapsed Natures Menu D2C customers
2. Talk with pet owners about their pet’s diet and nutrition
3. Represent Nature’s Menu as a brand ambassador, inspiring brand love
4. Explain Nature’s Menu pet food products + nutrition plan subscriptions
5. Sign up or upsell pet owners to subscriptions on our website
6. Actively listen to understand customer needs
7. Maximise sales opportunities using persuasion + listening skills
8. Team work with the D2C Sales crew
You’ll get a base salary plus commission for hitting subscription targets. So the more sign ups and subscription upgrades you make, the bigger the reward for you.

About you
9. Experience in selling D2C subscription-based products through outbound calls
10. Success in converting sales with strong persuasion and listening skills
11. Clear and compelling verbal communicator
12. Motivated by a sales-oriented and competitive environment
