Our client, a media company, is looking to recruit a senior commercial lawyer to cover a maternity leave for 8 months (potential to extend). The role will include drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including supply and service agreements, sponsorship, confidentiality, T&Cs, and maintaining the contract database. You will also provide legal advice on health and safety, manage insurance arrangements, and provide commercial legal advice to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the media industry as a senior commercial lawyer.
