About The Role
This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in audit who is ready to take ownership of assignments and develop real expertise in the Not for Profit sector.
You will work with a varied portfolio including charities, academies and education groups, gaining exposure to a sector that is both technically interesting and highly rewarding.
Your role will include:
* Planning, executing and completing audits across a Not for Profit portfolio
* Leading on site teams and supporting junior team members
* Managing budgets and timelines to deliver high quality work
* Taking ownership of more complex or higher risk audit areas
* Reviewing files ahead of manager or director review
* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients
* Working closely with other teams to deliver a joined up service
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in:
* Academy trust audits and sector specific reporting
* Advisory work and governance related projects
* Clients undergoing growth, change or funding developments
About You
* ACA or ACCA qualified or close to qualification
* Experience leading audits from planning to completion
* Strong knowledge of FRS102 and ISAs
* An interest in or exposure to Not for Profit, charities or education
* Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions focused mindset
* Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* A team player who supports and develops others
