Looking for a junior producer to support production + ops and grow quickly into a key part of the team.

Role: Junior Producer (Contract → Full-Time)
You’ll work directly with the founder to support the planning and execution of shoots, campaigns, and creative projects.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing, helping turn ideas into real productions.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Supporting productions from planning → shoot → delivery
* Assisting with crew booking and coordination
* Helping organise locations, permits, and logistics
* Creating and updating shoot schedules and call sheets
* Keeping projects organised (Notion, timelines, calendars)
* Coordinating with freelancers and helping keep everyone aligned
* Tracking tasks and making sure nothing slips
* Supporting on-set during shoots when needed
* Helping solve problems as they come up
What success looks like
* Projects stay organised and on track
* Shoots run smoothly with good preparation
* Communication is clear across everyone involved
* Seb and team aren’t chasing basic tasks
* You become increasingly reliable and take on more ownership over time
What you need
* No production experience required (but understanding and experience prefered)
* Some hands-on experience on shoots (not just theory)
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Clear communicator
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
* Based in London (or willing to travel for shoots)
Strong signals
* Assisted or coordinated on commercial / branded shoots
* Experience in YouTube, social, or digital content
* Worked in a small agency or startup team
Nice to have (not essential)
* Interest in viral / social-first content
* Experience with creators or influencers
* Familiarity with tools like Notion and editing softwares
Personality fit (very important)
* Proactive and eager to learn
* Takes ownership of their work (even at a junior level)
* Calm and reliable under pressure

* Salary: £28k
* Contract: 3–6 months initially → long-term if strong fit
* Location: London (preferred, pretty essential)
