We are looking for a UK Operations Manager to join a fast growing, luxury serviced apartment business, based in Birmingham.
This is a newly created UK Operations Manager role designed to strengthen operational structure, enhance culture and support significant growth. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in scaling the business while maintaining exceptional service standards.
You will need to be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and nimble working environment where you will have excellent autonomy over the success of the business.
It will be an advantage coming from a luxury hotel background.

The Role of the UK Operations Manager
Lead and oversee day-to-day UK operations across multiple locations
Drive operational structure, process improvement and scalability as the portfolio grows
Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring consistently high service standards and a never say no mindset
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development as the business expands
Work closely with the Sales & Asset Director on performance, occupancy and operational strategy
Ensure operational readiness for new site launches and portfolio growth
Contribute to shaping company culture and internal best practice
