Responsibilities
* Business Development
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within target sectors.
* Develop strategies to expand client base and meet revenue targets.
* Search Execution
* Define executive search mandates and oversee the delivery of high-quality candidate shortlists.
* Guide research teams to identify top-tier talent aligned with client needs.
* Market Expertise
* Stay informed on industry trends and provide clients with strategic talent insights.
* Represent the firm as a thought leader through industry forums and publications.
* Team Collaboration
* Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
* Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in a 360 or business developing recruitment role
* Proven track record in interpreting data and deploying market insights.
* Preferable exposure to niche sectors and hands-on experience with retained assignments.
