We are seeking a candidate to fill the role of Locality Governance Lead, who will demonstrate innovative, dynamic, highly motivated, competent, and resilient characteristics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining high standards of care.

We have one full-time position available for the West Locality - King's Lynn.

The successful candidate will have confidence and experience in systems and processes that ensure patient safety and quality of care. They will be a strong, experienced leader with a proven track record of achieving objectives. They will exercise sound judgment, providing advice rooted in robust evidence and experience, and will build strong relationships across their locality, becoming a trusted team member.

Postholders will be an integral part of the locality leadership and management team, supporting the development and implementation of corporate and clinical governance systems and processes from 'floor to Board'.

If successful, you will join us at an exciting time as we implement our "place-based" leadership model, which aims to reduce unwarranted clinical variation and deliver consistent, service user-centered care across systems, supporting our organization’s future as a specialist mental health provider.

The post holder will have a key leadership role in the locality, including:

* Leading the implementation of the clinical governance agenda at the locality level
* Ensuring governance meetings are held appropriately across wards, teams, services, and networks within the locality
* Working with locality leadership to ensure compliance with trust-wide quality and legislative requirements
* Promoting a safety culture and implementing safety alerts, guidance, best practices, and lessons learned from incidents
* Providing advice and guidance to clinical teams during investigations
* Assessing and addressing risks appropriately, with risks captured on risk registers
* Sharing and implementing learning from incidents, complaints, and audits
