Job Description

You’re clinically trained. You care about patient outcomes. You want to use your expertise to make an impact beyond the bedside, while still staying close to patient care.

As Clinical Nurse Advisor, you’ll work with medical devices designed to improve mobility and quality of life. You’ll use your clinical knowledge to support better outcomes, advise stakeholders with confidence, and apply your expertise in a more commercial setting, with the structure, training, and progression to help you grow.

This role gives you balance as well as direction. You’ll have the support to build your career, the tools to do your job well, and the opportunity to reach more patients than you could in a traditional clinical role. If you’re ready for a role where your expertise is valued and your impact is broader, this could be the right next step.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

So, you're keen on growth and development and are looking for a workplace with the same values. Our client has an unparalleled reputation for specialist solutions, helping those with reduced movement. They understand the value of life-long learning to be the best of the best. But - most importantly - they also know how to have fun.

In addition to the role, the company offers an excellent benefits package, including a company car, laptop, and tablet, as well as an attractive bonus scheme. Employee health and well-being are a priority, with private healthcare and a generous pension provided.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You’ll work closely with customers to coordinate and schedule clinical assessments. A typical day will include:

* Identifying opportunities and potential risks during account evaluations
* Meeting customer requirements while supporting wider business opportunities
* Managing and maintaining demonstration stock
* Coordinating LOLER inspections for equipment when required
* Training clinicians on the product portfolio
* Achieving regional sales targets

With a strong and growing reputation, the company is set for further expansion, making now an ideal time to join and contribute to its continued success.

This role will suit you if you…

* Have RoSPA level 4 M&H
* Can build and maintain customer relationships
* Have experience working in acute settings or tissue viability
* Are confident demonstrating product efficacy
* Have a Sports Science qualification/background
* Can be onsite 3 days a week in Kings Lynn

Think this could be your next role? Then we’d love to hear from you! If you’re interested in applying or would like to see the full job description for this role, please get in touch with Sarah on sarah.cavanagh@fmctalent.com
