Court of Protection Solicitor - Principal Associate
Are you an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor looking to progress to Principal Associate level within a specialist and highly regarded law firm? This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Court of Protection and Private Client team known for delivering high-quality, complex work.
The Role
As a Principal Associate Court of Protection Solicitor, you will take responsibility for managing your own caseload while also supporting colleagues on more complex and high-value matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a varied Court of Protection caseload
* Dealing with complex Court of Protection matters
* Preparing court bundles and legal documentation
* Liaising with clients, the Court of Protection and third parties
* Handling deputyship applications for health and welfare
* Undertaking legal research and providing technical guidance
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Court of Protection Solicitor with relevant experience
* Operating at Senior Associate or Principal Associate level currently
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to Court of Protection and Private Client work
* Have excellent communication and client-care skills
* Be empathetic, professional and confident working with vulnerable clients
* Be ready to step into a senior role within a busy Court of Protection team
