About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant in Caerphilly, you will work closely with teaching staff and specialist professionals to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs and disabilities. You may support pupils with: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) Complex Learning Needs Sensory Processing Difficulties Behavioural and emotional support needs Your role will focus on helping pupils access learning, develop confidence, improve communication skills, and achieve their individual targets within a structured and nurturing educational environment.
