Sous Chef – £16 Per Hour – Seaside Hotel – Weymouth, Dorset
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will need to be focused and have the ability to work as part of a team.

Set in Weymouth, Dorset, this Hotel is looking for a talented Sous Chef that can create exceptional dishes with the very best ingredients, and oversee the kitchen brigade working closely with the Head Chef.
The successful Sous Chef will ideally have;
6. Ability working in a fast paced environment.
7. Clear passion for the industry and food.
8. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
9. Dedicated and excellent team player and able to step up in the Head Chef’s absense.
10. Previous experience at Sous Chef level from a restaurant/Hotel background.
