Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resort Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation of our park & facilities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing the team (up to 20 during peak times). Maintaining the park, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of visitors, and supervising contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of park operations, including maintenance, landscaping, and visitor services
- be responsible for booking and carrying out general repairs on lodges.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for park maintenance and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for visitors
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and testing ie fire alarms, hot tubs etc.
Skills:
- Good basic electrical and or mechanical knowledge to oversee maintenance of park facilities and Lodges.
- Experience supervising and developing of team ie gardening and maintenance team.
