Food Manufacturing Operative - Fixed Shifts
Location: Lurgan Craigavon Area
Client: Avondale (via Staffline Recruitment)
Pay:
1. Day Shift: £ per hour | Sunday to Thursday, Tuesday to Saturday or Weekends Starts at 7:00am or 8:00am(finish time varies)
2. Night Shift: £ per hour | Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30pm - 8:00am
Overtime: Time and a half
Join the Avondale team as an Operative within their fast-paced food production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring previous factory experience, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Job Overview:
3. Preparing and mixing ingredients according to production schedules
4. Packing products on the lines
5. Setting up and monitoring mixers and related equipment
6. Reporting faults or inconsistencies to the relevant department
7. Ensuring hygiene, safety, and production standards are met
8. Collaborating with team members across shifts to ensure workflow continuity
Ideal Candidate:
9. Previous production line experience essential
10. Dispatch or warehouse background highly desirable
11. Excellent communication skills for flagging issues and updating team leaders
12. Strong sense of initiative and accountability
13. Basic English needed to understand procedures and safety guidance
