You’ll be providing vital support across all aspects of daily living, working independently or within a supportive team. To get you fully prepared for this rewarding role, all new employees are required to complete a 4-week prep to work in Adult Social Care Level 2 course. This course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in your new position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality, person‑centred care tailored to individual needs
* Assisting with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Helping with meal preparation, nutrition, and feeding
* Supporting with medication management, including prescriptions and safe disposal
* Carrying out light housework like tidying, laundry, and general cleaning
* Being a dependable, friendly, and familiar face for the customers you care for

Requirements:
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
