Our client, a boutique executive-search firm with west-end based offices, is seeking a project coordinator/assistant for a 3-month contract. The role starts ASAP, covering for a colleague on sick leave, and may be extended or made permanent based on business needs.
The candidate should be able to commit until September and be organized, reliable, and client-facing, with experience in search or recruitment-heavy admin roles.
The role involves PA duties such as diary management, travel booking, expenses, as well as search-specific tasks like interview scheduling, research, and collating marketing collateral. It requires excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, supporting a fast-paced environment. The role offers scope for development and increased client interaction as understanding of the business grows.
The company offers a hybrid working model—2 days in the office—and seeks a trustworthy, capable, and self-motivated candidate who can work effectively from home. Immediate availability is preferred. The role is an FTC that may become ongoing. Experience in professional services or search is preferred.
