We are looking for a highly driven individual who has the ability to effectively manage a team to achieve outstanding outcomes and has a detailed understanding and experience of housing legislation. WHAT IS INVOLVED? You will be responsible for line management of a team of Tenancy Sustainment Officers (TSOs), for Durham County Council’s properties, ensuring correct and necessary support is given to clients and a multi-agency approach is taken. You will support the delivery of RSAP values, assessing and managing client risk in Durham’s housing stock. Safeguarding level 2 (minimum) Please refer to the attached Person Specification for the full criteria. If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
