Responsibilities
* Lead classroom instruction when teachers are absent following school policies and procedures.
* Maintain classroom order and provide a positive learning environment.
* Follow the teacher’s planned lessons and adapt as needed to support student learning.
* Communicate effectively with school staff and students to uphold expectations and safety.
* Build professional relationships within the school and with the local supply team.

* First month: Build confidence leading lessons, follow school policies, and set boundaries that support learning.
* By 60 days: Schools will start asking for you back, impressed by your professionalism, reliability, and consistency.
* By 90 days: You’ll be recognised as a trusted member of the local supply team, respected for your ability to lead classrooms independently.
