What is the role? As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in IT and technology recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing high-calibre candidates for your clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and collaborate with candidates to find optimal matches. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the IT and technology industry. Identify and engage top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job brief through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to better assist clients and candidates. Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and enhance service delivery. Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within IT and technology or related fields. Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends. Strong understanding of permanent recruitment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and goals. Commutable distance from central Crawley.
