The role involves rotation across various locations, including Birmingham, Belfast, Speke, Barnsley, and Bradford, covering our England and Northern Ireland accounts. The first three months focus on working closely with the account and help desk teams to understand day-to-day operations, followed by months of hands-on experience running an account under the guidance of a senior Account Manager and/or Operations Manager. You'll gain exposure to executive leadership meetings and high-level decision-making, providing invaluable experience for a dynamic career in account management. As you progress through the graduate program, you will work toward achieving key responsibilities Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract Responsible for ensuring bottom line profitability of the core operational contract, with thorough understanding and application of the P&L. Accountable for the core operational service delivery in line with agreed operating procedures with understanding of the organisational capabilities required for success. Challenge and influence changes to the status quo to drive forward financial and operational performance efficiencies. Drive innovation and lead changes within the core operational contract. What you will bring: Minimum 2:1 Degree in Business or a closely related discipline A driving licence is essential.
