Head of Boarding House
Berkhamsted School is seeking an enthusiastic Head of Boarding House to support a warm and vibrant boarding community. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by helping young people flourish, and has proven boarding experience.
The Head of Boarding House will build strong relationships with parents, oversee pupils’ wellbeing and academic progress, and maintain the smooth day‑to‑day running of the Boarding House. They will support boarding staff, ensure high standards of safeguarding and welfare, contribute to the wider pastoral life of the School, and teach approximately 70% of a full timetable, all subject specialisms will be considered.
The accommodation for this role is a four‑bedroom property onsite as part of the Boarding House.
