We are partnering with a market-leading FinTech business that’s investing heavily in its technology roadmap. Our client is known for being one of the leading players in their field, delivering world-class software solutions to enable all areas of the business to achieve their strategic goals and maintain market advantage.
This exciting role is for a brand new squad that will be solely dedicated to cutting-edge AI automation projects for at least the next 18 months. You'll be part of a small, growing team working in a flexible, iterative software delivery function. This allows for quick, innovative responses to internal user requirements and provides external market advantage.
This is a hands-on full-stack development role where you'll own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from design to deployment. It's ideal for a developer who thrives on building high-quality, scalable applications, solving complex technical challenges, and contributing to a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading design, coding, and testing processes for new software development, participating across all stages of the SDLC.
* Collaborating within agile teams to design, develop, test, and support full-stack technical solutions.
* Driving ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms.
* Developing, maintaining, enhancing, and testing application frameworks of moderate to high complexity.
* Ensuring clean code, coding standards, and industry best practices are upheld for maintainability, scalability, and performance.
What They’re Looking For
* Strong expertise in modern front-end development (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS for responsive, accessible web apps).
* Experience integrating with Python-based backend services (RESTful APIs, asynchronous data flows).
* Background in .NET and .NET Core using C# for building and integrating backend services/APIs.
* Experience with database design and development, specifically Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL.
* Commitment to clean code, coding standards, and industry best practices.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within an agile environment and engage with stakeholders.
