A well-established Legal 500 regional heavyweight firm, with offices across the South East, is seeking a Head of Commercial Property to lead their busy and highly regarded property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm with a strong client base and a reputation for excellence.
The Role: As Head of Commercial Property, you will:
* Lead and manage a team of property lawyers, ensuring high-quality client service
* Oversee a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant, development projects, and commercial property transactions
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm and its property department
About You:
* Significant experience in commercial property law, ideally with 8+ years' PQE
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Strong client relationship and business development experience
* Commercially aware and able to drive growth within a busy practice
