👥 About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll empower learning disabled and/or autistic adults, and complex needs to live independently, confidently, and with dignity.
✅ You'll be supporting individuals by:
* Delivering person-centred support in supported living or community settings
* Assisting with daily living tasks and personal care where needed
* Supporting with behaviours that may challenge
* Helping individuals build life skills, confidence, and independence
* Keeping accurate records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Promoting a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
✅ What You’ll Bring:
* A genuine passion for helping others
* Flexibility, patience, and empathy
* Driving licence with confidence to drive a 7 seater car
* Experience in a support or care setting is desirable
* Great communication and teamwork skills
