A significant part of this role will involve supporting local businesses in the recruitment and selection of suitable apprentices to fill their vacancies. Whilst working very closely with the Business Development Executives and Administrators, you will conduct candidate interviews and assessments in a professional and timely manner to ensure applicants put forward for the roles meet the entry and eligibility criteria. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the completion of apprenticeship documentation and liaising with the wider Employer Service department to ensure apprentices are enrolled accurately and on time. As part of this role, you will promote apprenticeship opportunities at events, schools, and careers fairs across Oxfordshire. Therefore, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a willingness to travel locally as needed. IT literacy skills are also a must for this role.
