As a Housing Support Worker, you will provide dedicated and support to our dynamic team, to deliver housing-related support to vulnerable young people aged 16-25, including those leaving care and from diverse backgrounds, as they transition into independent living. Who we’re looking for: Someone who can work independently to manage their own workload, effectively plan and prioritise tasks to consistently deliver results Experience of managing a caseload, delivering support, and maintaining records A person experienced in supporting individuals on a one-to-one basis and in group work setting through challenging situations Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
