Teaching Personnel are working with a client school in Lytham St Annes to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant. The school prides itself on its strong inclusion team and strong provision of support for children. The school has a consistent and clear approach to delivering support to challenging behaviours so the right candidate must follow these policies. The Ofsted ‘GOOD’ Primary school is in the FY4 area and easily accessible to public transport.
Roles and responsibilities
* Lead and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher.
* Provide support and guidance to teaching staff, sharing expertise and best practices.
* Contribute to planning, assessment, and the overall development of the school's curriculum.
* Assist in the management and coordination of classroom activities.
Requirements for the role
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in a teaching assistant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
