The Role
The Global Recruitment & Conversion Manager role involves leading strategic international student recruitment efforts, overseeing admissions processes, and driving conversion initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing international UCAS and direct student admissions, organising outreach events and utilising CRM systems for targeted communication to enhance recruitment strategies among other key initiatives.
Required skills and experience
The Global Recruitment & Conversion Manager role requires substantial experience in international student recruitment and admissions within UK higher education, along with expertise in managing admissions pipelines and implementing targeted conversion initiatives.
Strong line management skills, knowledge of visa regulations, and proficiency in CRM systems are essential. Additionally, advanced IT skills, marketing expertise, and excellent communication abilities are necessary to engage diverse audiences effectively.
The post holder must possess strong analytical and organisational skills to drive strategic recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with UKVI regulations. Adaptability, determination and a commitment to fair access to higher education are key attributes that will ensure our organisational objectives are delivered.
Additional Information
This position may require domestic and international travel, as well as periods of work away from home.
