Job Description
The SEO Executive is a vital part of our growing and dynamic digital marketing team. The person will report to the SEO (site) Manager and work closely with the rest of the SEO team, as well as the wider digital team, trade, editorial and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities are helping to improve and drive customer engagement, traffic and revenue of sites, and help to improve brand SEO rankings. You will be expected to keep on top of the trends within the sports & fashion industries, monitor and report on rankings and perform keyword research.
1. Improve site architecture through the implementation of internal links and website styling.
2. Conduct keyword research to support the implementation of swiping links, using SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
3. Identifying and fixing common technical errors - including broken links, redirects
4. Keep abreast of industry-related topics
5. Help populate SEO buying guides template with new content and images
6. Analysing website content performance and making recommendations
7. Monitoring competitor strategies to ensure we are always leading from an SEO perspective
8. Experience with keyword research and strategy, daily optimization
9. Help with day to day SEO tasks and over all site hygiene
Qualifications
10. Excellent attention to detail
11. Always aligning with SEO best practice guidelines and our brand strategies to support natural search rankings
12. Ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects
13. Ability to meet deadlines
14. Genuine passion for SEO and online marketing
15. Good understanding of SEO best practice is desirable
