Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing survey information, obtaining supplier pricing, and producing detailed quotations and schedules of works. Coordinate design information including drawings, layouts, and visual materials to support client proposals and presentations. Maintain project and quotation records by logging enquiries, updating systems, revising estimates, and tracking project progress. Support project handover by finalising scope, costs, and documentation and ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
