Our client is active across the Residential and Commercial industries. Now due to healthy order books there looking to grow their Safety team. About the role They’re looking for a Health and Safety Advisor in Essex to take a hands on role across live sites, leading day to day safety management, producing risk assessments and method statements, carrying out inspections and audits, and working closely with project teams to uphold high standards and a strong, proactive safety culture on sizeable projects. About the requirements * NEBOSH Construction Certificate * At least 3 years experience as a Health and Safety Advisor, ideally with a Subcontractor. * A good understanding of regulations and site safety standards. * Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different site teams.
