The role?
As a Trainee Financial Adviser, you will complete the firm’s comprehensive Adviser Training Academy while gaining hands‑on experience supporting clients and advisers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Attending and supporting client meetings
- Conducting fact‑finds and gathering client information
- Assisting with financial reviews and suitability processes
- Developing expertise across pensions, investments and protection planning
- Building relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
- Learning how to provide holistic financial planning advice
- Working alongside paraplanners and administrators to deliver excellent client outcomes
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements
About you
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Level 4 Diploma qualification as a minimum
- About 2 years’ experience within financial services
- Experience as an IFA Administrator, Senior Administrator, Client Relationship Manager, Financial Planning Assistant, Paraplanner or Junior Adviser
- A genuine ambition to become a successful Financial Adviser
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Strong attention to detail and a client‑focused approach
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
