Key Health Care Assistant responsibilities:
* Each client is different, but your duties may include; preparing and cooking meals, light housekeeping, personal care, companionship, shopping and administration of medication.
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and adhere to care plans and risk assessments.
* Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
* Being a really fun person who is reliable and a team player.
