People Development Specialist At AFH we want our colleagues to drive their own development and career growth, supported and enabled by their managers and the People Development team. The purpose of the People Development Specialist role is to support this aim by designing and delivering skills and behaviour- based learning through a variety of interventions, including a significant amount of face to face training.
