The Role: We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our busy property sales team. You’ll be responsible for progressing property sales from initial enquiry to completion, building strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and helping the team meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities * Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers. * Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion. * Provide regular feedback to clients and liaise with solicitors. * Market properties effectively using your sales and networking skills. * Generate new business opportunities through relationship-building. * Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 18 months’ experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator. * Strong interest and knowledge of the property market. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A proactive, flexible, and results-driven approach. * Ability to work well within a busy, supportive team environment.
