Based in Dudley, we deliver high-quality fit outs and craft precision sheet metal and wood fabrications for leading retail and hospitality brands. We’re now seeking a Designer to join our Sales & Project Delivery team. This is a role for a creative thinker with a technical edge, someone who can transform customer briefs into innovative, functional, and beautifully engineered retail fixtures and environments. What You’ll Bring * * Proven experience in fixture design or shopfitting, supported by a strong portfolio. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Solid Edge (or similar design software). * Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material applications. * Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and clients. * Excellent organisation and multitasking ability. * A creative, solutions-focused mindset with technical accuracy. * Flexibility to travel and adapt to varied project demands.
