Handyperson (£29,523 per annum, full-time) Job Role We are looking for a reliable Handyperson to support our repairs and maintenance team in looking after over 7000 properties, ensuring that homes are safe and compliant for those living in them. The successful candidate will support the team with day-to-day maintenance tasks, and our cyclical compliance work, such as fire alarm and emergency light testing. This is practical, people-facing role, so you need to be comfortable going into our residents' homes, figuring out what is needed, and carrying out the basic maintenance repairs with care and professionalism. You will be provided with a company van, so will need a full valid, UK driving license.
