Your new roleAs an HR Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of People and the wider People Team to deliver a professional and efficient HR service. You'll provide guidance on a range of people-related matters, support managers in applying HR policies, and contribute to the development of HR systems and processes. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in everything from recruitment support and policy updates to wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement projects. What you will need to succeed * A solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. * Experience in a generalist HR role * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Cascade). * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. * A discreet, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach to your work.
