Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Client Accounts Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Manchester office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm. The salary ranges from £30,000 - £33,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Working with the Senior Client Account Manager and providing general assistance with processes and management of the client accounts assistants Assistance with monthly reporting for our institutional clients Production of CIS tax reports, to be issued to our clients Ownership of the non-resident tax process, and payments to HMRC Accurate daily bank reconciliation of our client accounts Delegation of tasks to the client accounts assistants, where necessary Proactively reaching out to our CRM provider to understand necessary processes, when the business requires Assistance in managing the credit control function Production of expenditure reports to be issued to our clients Authorisation of daily client and contractor payments Ensuring daily processes are being correctly followed and records are accurate Regular meetings with clients to discuss reporting requirements Communicating across the business to meet our client's needs We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
