Construction Manager
Enpure Ltd is recruiting a construction management professional.
Role Overview
The scope of the role is to provide leadership and oversight of all construction activities of Southern England projects within Enpure Ltd.
Responsibilities
* Provide input at bid, design and procurement stages.
* Work with Project Delivery Leaders to identify needs, agree priorities, allocate and recruit resources.
* Provide oversight and governance of construction management processes and systems, including developing and enhancing working practices, processes, systems and tools with a clear focus on production management and digitising inspect, test and completion phases.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience and proven success in planning and execution of large MEICA‑lead construction projects.
* Strong understanding of driving safe production and site progress, commitment to "right first time" quality, and aligning construction works with the programme of commissioning of plant and equipment.
* Adaptable with ability to move between a strategic business view and a hands‑on problem‑solving approach.
* Desirable: experience in the water and wastewater sector.
