Area Sales Manager
Passionate about Sales? Committed to Customer Experience? We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our UltraFloor brand to oversee and drive our South East territory, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
UltraFloor offers a range of premium solutions, including smoothing underlayments, moisture protection, repair compounds and primer for modern flooring contractors. All of our specialist materials are suitable for the preparation of subfloors in commercial, industrial and domestic applications.

Responsibilities
* Diary management and planning to ensure productive use of time.
* Fully prepare for and attend appointments with existing and prospective customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Research and prospect new contacts, respond to sales leads promptly, identify future markets and product requirements, attend exhibitions and industry events.
* Manage customer database effectively; update with prospect contacts and visit notes, ensuring accurate records.
* Analyse and maintain industry knowledge of competitors and their products.
* Provide quotations and manage ongoing pricing reviews.
* Consistently seek opportunities to upsell and add on sales, promptly follow up samples and quotations to convert to sales, provide PR opportunities when possible.
* Check customer sales history and purchasing trends to ensure ordering of all possible product lines.
* Achieve all monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
* Assist with technical queries, manage customer complaints and queries, resolve matters promptly (e.g., product testing and site visits).
Requirements
* Proven experience within a field sales role in a similar environment.
* Ideally located in Surrey / Kent.
* A proven record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Excellent relationship building skills and ability to create rapport.
* Organised and efficient in planning and diary management.
* Strong retention and objection handling skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
