About the Role

We are looking for a Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of two small, specialist care homes. This is more than just a management role—it’s an opportunity to lead from the front, drive positive change, and shape a high-quality care environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

*

Maintaining compliance with CIW, safeguarding, and legislative standards.

*

Driving quality improvement and service development.

*

Managing budgets, audits, and reporting effectively.

*

Working collaboratively with families, local authorities, and health professionals.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a confident, capable leader who’s ready to make a real impact. We’re looking for someone with:

Essential:

*

Experience in a management role within a care home setting (Deputy or Registered Manager level).

*

A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

*

Strong knowledge of learning disabilities, autism, and mental health support.

*

Solid experience in budget management and team supervision.

*

Good understanding of safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and quality frameworks.

Desirable:

*

A driver with access to a vehicle.

*

Previous experience managing multiple small services or complex cases.

What You’ll Get

*

Competitive salary – based on experience and qualifications

*

Ongoing training and development – we invest in your growth

*

Career progression – opportunities to step into senior leadership

*

Supportive working culture – where your wellbeing and voice matter

*

Employee recognition – be part of an organisation that celebrates its people
